當多(duo)(duo)功(gong)(gong)能電力儀(yi)表出現有功(gong)(gong)功(gong)(gong)率P值為(wei)負數,電能、功(gong)(gong)率及(ji)功(gong)(gong)率因(yin)數計量錯誤的現象時(shi)判(pan)斷是否多(duo)(duo)功(gong)(gong)能儀(yi)表端接線故障正常情況下,多(duo)(duo)功(gong)(gong)能電力儀(yi)表的相序為(wei):Ua-Ia;Ub-Ib;Uc-Ic。
若(ruo)出現有(you)功(gong)率(lv)為負(fu)值,功(gong)率(lv)因數、電(dian)(dian)能計(ji)量錯誤的現象,首先檢驗多功(gong)能電(dian)(dian)力儀表接線(xian)端的相(xiang)序接線(xian)是(shi)否正(zheng)(zheng)確。若(ruo)相(xiang)序錯誤,請(qing)斷(duan)電(dian)(dian)重新接線(xian);若(ruo)相(xiang)序正(zheng)(zheng)確,而儀表數據顯示異常,請(qing)查看(kan)電(dian)(dian)流互感器(qi)二次側進(jin)出線(xian)是(shi)否接對(dui)。
判斷是否(fou)二次側電(dian)流互感器進出(chu)線接線故障
多功(gong)能電力儀表(biao)如果(guo)出現有功(gong)功(gong)率(lv)P值為(wei)負數,電能、功(gong)率(lv)及功(gong)率(lv)因(yin)數計量(liang)錯誤的這些現象時,我們(men)首先排除是否是電力儀表(biao)進(jin)(jin)線(xian)(xian)(xian)段(duan)接(jie)線(xian)(xian)(xian)故障。如若儀表(biao)進(jin)(jin)線(xian)(xian)(xian)端接(jie)線(xian)(xian)(xian)正(zheng)(zheng)常(chang)(chang),我們(men)檢測二次側電流(liu)(liu)互感器是否接(jie)線(xian)(xian)(xian)正(zheng)(zheng)常(chang)(chang)。正(zheng)(zheng)常(chang)(chang)情況下電流(liu)(liu)互感器進(jin)(jin)出線(xian)(xian)(xian)接(jie)法:Ia+進(jin)(jin)線(xian)(xian)(xian)、Ia-出線(xian)(xian)(xian);Ib+進(jin)(jin)線(xian)(xian)(xian)、Ib-出線(xian)(xian)(xian);Ic+進(jin)(jin)線(xian)(xian)(xian)、Ic-出線(xian)(xian)(xian)。
如果電流互(hu)感器二次側接(jie)線(xian)故障,會出現下列現象:
(1)有功功率為負
(2)電能計量異常
(3)功率因數異常
2.多(duo)功(gong)能電力(li)儀表三相電壓,三相電流,三相有功(gong)功(gong)率,功(gong)率因數,顯示正常,電能計量不正常
如果發生上(shang)述情(qing)況,首(shou)先要查看(kan)電(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)互感器(qi)二次側(ce)的三相(xiang)電(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)的流(liu)(liu)入(ru)與流(liu)(liu)出(chu)的接線(xian)(xian)是否都接反,因(yin)為(wei)電(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)從互感器(qi)二次側(ce)接線(xian)(xian)到儀表上(shang),分為(wei)高低端,即流(liu)(liu)入(ru)與流(liu)(liu)出(chu)。
3. 三相電壓,三相電流,顯示(shi)正(zheng)常。三相有功(gong)功(gong)率,功(gong)率因數,電能計量,顯示(shi)不正(zheng)常
首先(xian)檢查(cha)(cha)一下(xia)電(dian)(dian)流(liu)互感器二次側(ce)過來的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)三相(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)電(dian)(dian)流(liu)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)流(liu)入與流(liu)出(chu)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)線是否接(jie)反(fan),如(ru)(ru)果電(dian)(dian)流(liu)流(liu)入與流(liu)出(chu)都接(jie)反(fan),則電(dian)(dian)能計量(liang)在EP-;如(ru)(ru)果有其中(zhong)一相(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)或二相(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)接(jie)反(fan),則有功(gong)(gong)功(gong)(gong)率會抵消,這樣有功(gong)(gong)功(gong)(gong)率就會偏小(xiao),有功(gong)(gong)功(gong)(gong)率偏小(xiao)電(dian)(dian)能計量(liang)也就偏小(xiao)。同(tong)時查(cha)(cha)看電(dian)(dian)流(liu)互感器過來的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)接(jie)線相(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)序位置是否有錯位,如(ru)(ru):A相(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)電(dian)(dian)流(liu)互感器的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)二次側(ce)線接(jie)到(dao)了儀(yi)表的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)Ib相(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)輸入端,或B相(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)互感器二次側(ce)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)線接(jie)到(dao)儀(yi)表的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)Ic相(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)輸入端等。同(tong)時查(cha)(cha)看三相(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)UA UB UC UN的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)接(jie)線是否正(zheng)確,如(ru)(ru):線路UA接(jie)到(dao)儀(yi)表UB,線路UB接(jie)到(dao)儀(yi)表UC,等。
如果有以上接錯(cuo)情(qing)況(kuang),那有功功率(lv)顯示就會不準確,這樣電能計量也會不準確。
